At Better Healthcare Products, helping you select and purchase the right product is our number one priority. Occasionally, however, you may want to return an item that doesn't work well for you.

Our return policy and procedure is as follows:

Please do not refuse a shipment, unless you can see visual damage to the carton, as it may be necessary to return it to the manufacturer and you may be subject to a restocking fee. All items are returnable for a full refund of the item price, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the date of the original purchase.

The only exception to the above is surgical stockings, bath benches, and raised toilet seats. These products are non returnable due to hygenic reasons.

To return an item, please call us at 1-800-952-0515 for your very important RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Or, you can email us at betterhealthcareproducts@yahoo.com. Include your order number, name, the item you are returning, and we will email you your return authorization number. Please remember not to send back a package without an authorization number, as it will be refused.

For scooter or chair returns: You can call UPS directly for UPS pickup at your home at 1-800-CALL-UPS. But don't forget your return authorization number.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will credit your credit card or issue a check within 2 weeks. You will be notified via email that the return has been processed.

REMEMBER, IF ANY ITEM IS RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, PLEASE CALL AT ONCE AT 1-800-952-0515. WE WILL BE GLAD TO ARRANGE A UPS PICKUP.
